All costs, including the host fee, should include VAT where applicable.
For example, if your host is VAT registered and has been offered the maximum £300 host fee, the amount applied for would be £360. An invoice stating £300 plus VAT should be supplied by the host and submitted with expenses. Up to £300 host fee applies to all non VAT registered hosts.
We cannot cover any additional funds for omitted or unforeseen costs after the application has been processed.
