Jill’s professional experience spans over 20 years of working in community development and rights-based roles with communities and people. Jill works across our national networks and intermediaries to develop more effective collaboration in support of the community sector. She is motivated by the diversity and creativity in the communities represented by the SCA member networks and believes the community sector has a key role to play in shaping Scotland’s future.
