Kim has worked in the Third Sector for the past 25 years, with a focus on driving social enterprise innovation and development. As Deputy CEO at Social Enterprise Scotland, she has demonstrated leadership over the past two years, steering key areas such as membership services, policy, and public affairs to ensure alignment with the strategic goals of a diverse and evolving social enterprise community. Throughout her career, Kim has led initiatives that strengthen and support the sector, from managing large-scale employability projects to overseeing complex policy and development work, including European-funded programs.
Kim’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Scotland’s Social Enterprise Networks (SENs), fostering collaboration among social enterprises. She has taken a central role in the co-production of Scotland’s 10-year Social Enterprise Strategy and has worked closely with local authorities to design and implement targeted Social Enterprise Strategies that reflect the needs of specific communities.
Kim is committed to empowering social enterprises and shaping policies that promote sustainable growth and innovation within the sector.
