The exchange clearly showed how prioritising your own wellbeing leads to better outcomes in both personal and professional life. Through meditation, reflection, and hearing Vicky’s story, participants experienced the benefits of slowing down and making space for themselves. The visit highlighted how even small wellbeing practices can make a meaningful difference.
